Over the last four weeks, we provided information to help you monitor your sleep, food, exercise and feelings. Are you noticing any patterns or connections?
This week is about monitoring your thoughts. Use our Daily Mental Energies checklist to track your thoughts.
As Abraham-Hicks has said:
“… as you are deliberately looking for positive aspects in yourself or in others, you will find more of those things: ‘The better it gets, the better it gets,’ for you get more and more of what you are thinking about—whether you want it or not.”
Your thought patterns influence how much prosperity comes to you in the following ways:
- Positive and happy thoughts expand positive and happy experiences.
- Negative stories and gossip drag you down, along with your bank account.
- Positive conversations uplift you and others, along with your well-being.
- Negative news can leave you feeling anxious and stressed. This negatively influences your prosperity.
- Tell a new story … tell it the way you want it to be told and watch how things improve.
This week it’s important to notice your thoughts without attempting to change them, to establish a baseline. All you have to do is print this worksheet and recap and note your thoughts and conversations for the next seven days. Then identify what you may want to change at the end of the week. We encourage you to read Chapter 15 in Money Is an Energy Game so you learn more about how your thought patterns impact your well-being and prosperity.
