This week is all about exercise. It’s a very important factor, since many of us are spending most of our time at home. As John F. Kennedy once said, “Physical fitness is
not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.”
Exercise impacts your prosperity in the following ways:
- It increases your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energy, thus making it easier for money and well-being to flow to you.
- Needed solutions can come to you more quickly during physical activity.
- Exercise strengthens your balance and assists you in maintaining your mental, emotional and financial equilibrium.
- Physical activity increases your health in numerous ways, contributing to your financial well-being.
We suggest you track your exercise this week. All you have to do is print this worksheet and recap and note your activity levels for the next seven days. Then identify what you may want to change at the end of the week. We encourage you to read Chapter 13 in Money Is an Energy Game so you learn more about how exercise impacts your health and prosperity.
