Hello,
Happy New Year and welcome to 2026! It feels good to flip the calendar. It’s an opportunity to begin anew and get a fresh start. After a very busy December and fun holidays, I’m delighted to return to my usual schedule. My daily practices, work, and regular activities ground me and my energy.
During January, in particular, I take time to focus inward, reflect on what’s most important, and set the stage for the next twelve months.
An inward focus is also what emerged from this week’s I Ching reading. A reset is a good reminder to detach from external
triggers that tangle your energy (such as the news or annoying people), as you cultivate your energy from within. This is a good time to further develop and strengthen your inner resources in ways that will sustain you throughout the year. Give some thought to what you really want and set your intentions with the January 18th new moon.
Chinese New Year is February 17th. I’ll prepare the Flying
Star summary this month. If you’ve contacted me for an update, you’re on my list. If you’d like to be included, let me know. I’ll have the summaries ready in time for you to order any cures you may want to put in place.
Give yourself the gift of time and space this month. Time for yourself and the space to assist the process. This
can be space on your calendar, space in your home, space at a vacation, retreat, or healing center … one or more!
Take the time this month to set yourself up for a great 2026!
