Hello, We begin the month as Mercury goes retrograde today and in the midst of eclipse season. There’s a lot of activity underway. The April 8 eclipse next Monday will be quite a phenomenon in NH, as the state is in the path for 100% totality (for about 3 and a half minutes, around 3:30 pm) in the Great North Woods and near total coverage in
many parts of the state. We’re expecting a clear day and an influx of visitors to the area. We’re also in a pattern of early spring snowstorms. After a very mild winter, we received over 26 inches of snow ten days ago and we’re expecting two days of substantial snow this week. The good news is that it melts fast this time of year. The skiers are delighted! I’m loving the longer days. By the end of the month, they should be accompanied by warmer weather. This will be most welcome. A few days ago, I came across a story that might interest you. The University of Maine created a bio-based 3D printed house that may offer an exciting, affordable housing solution, while also
assisting the timber industry. The project team has been testing it in various weather conditions since 2022. Check it out. Enjoy April! Peg

We begin April in the midst of eclipse season. We had a lunar eclipse and full moon on March 25. This is followed
by the new moon and solar eclipse on April 8th. It’s a big deal in the NH area because it will be a near total eclipse throughout most of the area and a full eclipse in the northern part of the state. There’s lots of buzz about this! Eclipses are times of change. This set of eclipses is said to usher in flashes of intuition and insight,
creative visions, and healing. This is a positive set of eclipses. May we all benefit from the positive and encouraging shifts.

Mercury Retrograde April 1 – April 25, 2024
|

Mercury will be retrograde in Aries on April 1 through April 25, 2024. This is the time to reconsider your approaches and options, rather than start new initiatives. Wait until May to begin new things. Mercury is the planet of communications. During a retrograde cycle, the planet slows down and appears to back up. Thus, it is not a favorable time to sign contracts, purchase electronics, or maintain a tight schedule. Do allow extra time between appointments and allow for extra travel time. Mercury retrograde periods are ideal review and catch-up times. Review what’s in range for you and re-evaluate what you want to do or how you want to approach and handle things. It’s OK to change your mind to put new plans in place. This is a good time to do that. You can move forward
after April 25, although it may be after May 14th when things really move forward again. During April 2024: DO - Review your options
- Reconsider what you are doing and why you’re doing it
- Review your digital files and thin them out
- Refrain from criticizing others
- Refresh yourself and/or your space
- Relax.
Mercury retrograde cycles are catch up periods. Viewed in this light, they can be very beneficial. Make the most of this month so that you can move forward when the time it right.
